Vice Chairman O’Brien opened the meeting at 6:15PM.
Selectmen Appointments
The Board interviewed Mr. James Dunn, currently serving as an alternate on the Conservation Commission for appointment as a full member to the Conservation Commission.
Motion by Sel. Renzoni, seconded by Sel. Lipka, it was VOTED 3-0 TO APPOINT MR. JAMES DUNN TO THE HOLDEN CONSERVATION COMMISSION TO A THREE YEAR TERM EXPIRING 11/02/14.
The Board recessed to the regular meeting at 6:25PM.
